Glossophobia Treatment

There are many ways in overcoming Glossophobia. One of the most common method is “Cognitive-behavior therapy”, where an individual is brought into a controlled environment to confront their fear of public speaking by learning self relaxation techniques, ways to deal with panic attacks, and replacing negative thoughts that is linked to fear with a more rational thought. Other methods include: prescribed medication which helps individual relax before a speech and self help materials.

  2. well im pretty sure people get butterflies in their stomach when they are presented with the idea of public speaking. however, the treatment that I posted on here are for people who have severe phobia to public speaking. Unless the phobia is severe, this treatment is probably not for everybody.
